These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jl23 ("jl23," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the jl23 online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at jl23.org (the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any jl23 service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jl23 Platform and close your account.

jl23 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure.

3.1 Registration

To access jl23's gaming services, you must create a single account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active jl23 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. jl23 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jl23 may close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl23 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. jl23 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify jl23 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

jl23 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to cooperate fully with jl23's KYC procedures, which may include submission of a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's license), proof of address, and source of funds documentation where required.

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your jl23 account must be made using payment methods accepted by jl23, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to jl23's verification requirements. jl23 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts. Processing times vary by payment method; GCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval during business hours.

4.3 Prohibited Transactions

The use of cryptocurrency of any kind for deposits or withdrawals is strictly prohibited. The use of credit cards for gambling deposits is not permitted in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. jl23 reserves the right to reverse any transaction made using a prohibited payment method and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jl23 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act No. 9160) and its amendments. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. jl23 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withhold funds pending investigation where money laundering or fraud is suspected.

jl23 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. The following general terms apply to all jl23 promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as specified in each promotion. Unused bonuses expire automatically at the end of the stated validity period.

jl23 uses certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable game outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the jl23 system. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, jl23 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's account.

jl23 is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of a player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or power interruption during gameplay.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on jl23 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jl23 games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the jl23 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with jl23's software or systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl23 staff or other players.
• Accessing jl23 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl23 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jl23's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl23 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl23's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

jl23 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if jl23 reasonably believes that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other players.

Upon termination, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining in a terminated account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no fraud or Terms violation is involved.

You may close your jl23 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed to your registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of jl23, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through jl23's customer support channels. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to game outcomes or account decisions, jl23's records shall constitute prima facie evidence of the facts in question, subject to any manifest error.

jl23 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, jl23 will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Your continued use of jl23 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
